Since 1986 I have been closely working with Germany as an apprentice and partnering business ventures assisting SMEs to venture in to Germany.
My knowledge of different industry sectors with both PLC and privately owned businesses is invaluable to ensuring the company delivers it’s services effectively.

I am a member of AOTS Japan and trainee on TQM and Entrepreneurship development in 1995 with PSRE11 organised by JASTECA.

Since 2010 I am a affiliated Energy consultant with Guide Point USA.
Presently I am based in Germany with SLG -Forum promoting Sri Lankan SEMs to enter the EU market.
Since 2021 I am involved in recruiting nursing professionals for job placements in Germany.
